The hotel boasts an excellent location right near Rockefeller Center and Times Square, making it ideal for tourists. The rooms are compact yet clean and comfortable, but service inconsistencies were a bit disappointing, especially regarding room availability. Breakfast was decent, but perhaps not worth the price. Overall, great location but service and room issues need improvement.
